• Professional experience:

    She joined the Firm in 2019. She is an international law practitioner and scholar specialized in international arbitration with a special focus on Investment Law & Arbitration, European Investment Agreements, and Energy Law.
    She has been practising in the field of investment arbitration since 2007, acting, among others, as counsel for the Claimants in the ICSID case Marco and Stefano Gavazzi vs. Romania.
    She is a member of the ICSID panel of conciliators, of the list of arbitrators at the Bucharest International Arbitration Court, and of the Energy Community Panel of Mediators.
    She regularly lectured on international investment law, and European external relations at Bocconi, where she worked as a research fellow in international law from November 2010 to October 2014.
    She has been visiting researcher at Nagoya University in Japan (2016-2017), at the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels (2014), and at the Centre for Studies and Research in International Law of The Hague Academy of International Law (2013).
    She is a frequent speaker at international conferences and seminars on international arbitration.
    She routinely acts as Italian delegate of UNCITRAL Working Group III on Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform.
    She has authored many articles and works on International Investment and Trade Law, International Arbitration, European investment policy, and Energy Law published in international and Italian law journals and volumes (Yearbook on International Investment Law & Policy, The Journal of World Investment & Trade, The Italian Yearbook of International Law, Columbia FDI Perspectives, Rivista dell’Arbitrato, and Diritto del Commercio Internazionale).
