She focuses on litigation relevant to civil, corporate, financial and bankruptcy matters. She has also expertise in drafting international commercial agreements and in carrying out due diligence in favour of companies and financial institutions. She used to work as trainee lawyer in the litigation department of a primary international law firm in Rome, where she gained experience in civil and corporate litigation matters.
Law Degree magna cum laude at Università degli Studi di Siena (2008). She spent 2004-2005 academic year at the University College London (UK) within the Erasmus programme. In 2006-2007 she studied at the University of Connecticut - School of Law (US), where she obtained the International Programme Degree, taking also exams relevant to US Law.
