She has a broad experience in solving legal issues related to the management of human resources, assisting on a continuative basis Italian and multinational companies, in strict connection with the clients’ HR departments, also providing up-date in relation to law and case law developments in the field. In particular, her assistance includes drafting of contracts, handling grievances’ procedures, implementation of codes of ethic, termination of employment relationships, negotiation and execution of settlement agreements, handling secondment procedures from/to EU or non-EU countries, handling immigration procedures. She also has a broad experience related to both individual and collective dismissals, in handling redundancies and transfer of undertakings, assisting clients also in the negotiation with the unions. She assists clients also in the area of commercial agency. Moreover, her legal assistance is rendered in representing clients in contentious labour matters before Tribunals and Courts of Appeal. Other areas of expertise are social security, safety at work places, commercial litigation and insolvency procedures.
