• Professional experience:

    She joined the Firm in 2002. She has broad experience in solving legal issues relating to the management of human resources by assisting Italian and multinational companies, working closely with the clients’ HR departments on a continuative basis, while also providing updates in relation to law and case law developments in the field. In particular, her assistance includes drafting of contracts, handling grievances’ procedures, implementation of internal policies and codes of ethics, termination of employment relationships, negotiation and execution of settlement agreements, handling secondment procedures from/to EU or non-EU countries, assistance in health and safety matters. She has also acquired extensive experience relating to both individual and collective dismissals and, in general, in redundancies and transfer of undertakings, and in necessary negotiations with the unions. Her experience covers also the management of the relationships with employees in the framework of M&a Transactions. She also assists clients in the area of commercial agency. Moreover, her legal assistance includes assisting and representing clients in contentious labour matters before Tribunals and Courts of Appeal.

    Law degree at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1995. “Academy of American and International Law”, organized by the Centre for American and International Law in Dallas (2002).
