She joined the Firm in 2002. She has broad experience in solving legal issues relating to the management of human resources by assisting Italian and multinational companies, working closely with the clients’ HR departments on a continuative basis, while also providing updates in relation to law and case law developments in the field. In particular, her assistance includes drafting of contracts, handling grievances’ procedures, implementation of codes of ethics, termination of employment relationships, negotiation and execution of settlement agreements, handling secondment procedures from/to EU or non-EU countries, and dealing with immigration procedures. She has also acquired extensive experience relating to both individual and collective dismissals, redundancies and transfer of undertakings, and in negotiations with the unions. She also assists clients in the area of commercial agency. Moreover, her legal assistance includes representing clients in contentious labour matters before Tribunals and Courts of Appeal. Other areas of expertise are social security, safety at work places, commercial litigation and insolvency procedures.
