He is specialized in business and banking law and in these areas he acts as consultant and arbitrator. He focuses his practice mainly in corporate and banking law. He is associate professor of Business Law at the University of Milano-Bicocca, where he teaches Business Law and the Law of Cooperative Societies and Nonprofit Organizations. His scientific publications deal with the Law of companies, cooperatives, banks, nonprofit entities, statutory audit, State aids, energy and arbitration.
Graduated in Law, cum laude, at Pavia University (1990); researcher in Commercial Law at Trento University (1994-2001); PhD in Commercial Law at Bocconi University, Milan (1996); associate professor of Commercial Law at Trento University (2001-2012); associate professor of Commercial Law at Milano-Bicocca University, MIlano (since 2012).
