She started her legal practice in 1999 with a major Italian law firm. Since 2005 she joined Macchi di Cellere Gangemi and her activity focused on litigation, arbitration, and corporate law. Since 2010 she is Untenured Full Professor of corporate law at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. Her main areas of work are domestic and international litigation with particular reference to commercial and financial litigation; she also concentrates on arbitration and insolvency procedure.
She also concentrates in corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in the field of renewable energies, assisting major Italian and foreign companies and multinational groups acting in all sectors of industry, commerce and services.
She obtained her Law Degree at the University of Milan, Statale in 1999. On 2006 she awarded a fellowship for a Ph.D in “Law of Business and Commerce” at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. From January to September 2009 she was visiting Ph.D student at the UCLA of Los Angeles. On 2010 she obtained the Ph.D with a final dissertation on “the piecing the veil principle within the group of companies”.
She is member of the Milan Bar.
