In 1999, he served as officer in Guardia di Finanza (the Italian Tax Police) at the Head Office in Rome, Tax Office, Direct Taxes, III Department.
Francesco has significant experience in the sector of domestic and international tax. In particular, his expertise includes the following areas: M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, restructuring and financing transactions, financial instruments, private equity and real estate funds, real estate transactions, employee incentive plans. He has developed relevant experience also in relation to tax litigation regarding complex cases and assistance in complex tax audits carried out by the tax authorities.
