He concentrates at present in corporate, financial and commercial transactions and litigation of strategic relevance for the clients, dividing his activity between the Rome, Milan and Paris offices. In the course of his professional career, carried out in Italy and in the United States (1965, and 1980-1986), in addition to the areas of specialization indicated above, he has acquired a remarkable experience in every branch of business law and, in particular, on matters of competition, labor, real estate, environment, natural resources, assisting major Italian and foreign companies and multinational groups acting in all sectors of industry, commerce and services.
He holds the Italian Law Degree, obtained maxima cum laude, at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (1961). He attended the specialization course in Comparative Law at the same University (1963-1964). He attended the courses of the University of Michigan Law School, U.S.A., obtaining a Master Degree (M.C.L., 1965).
