She joined the firm in 2006 where she provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to banks and financial intermediaries in the areas of capital market law, financial instruments, derivative instruments, market abuse and banking law. She also give assistance in terms of commodity derivatives, investment funds and litigation involving the responsibility from the prospectus.
Previously she worked in capital market law with CBA Studio Legale e Tributario, in Milan, and on Parmalat case at the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, in Los Angeles, US.
From 2018 she lectures as an outside expert in the teaching of law of derivatives and financial operations at la Sapienza University of Rome, Faculty of Economics, on specific issues related to derivative instruments (code of conduct, derivative instruments, issues related to derivative transactions, etc.)
She is the author of articles on capital market law.
She obtained her Law Degree at the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali “Luiss - Guido Carli”, in Rome in 2001.
