• Professional experience:

    He joined the Firm in 2008. He focuses on project finance transactions in the field of renewable energy sources (wind, photovoltaic and hydroelectric projects), both on behalf of domestic and international banks and sponsors, and in particular in negotiating and drafting arranging and underwriting mandate letters, term sheets, bridge and medium-long term facilities agreements, security packages (mortgages, pledges, special privileges, credit assignments, personal guarantees), waiver requests and other finance documents.
    He is also involved in mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and drafting shareholders' agreements and joint venture agreements, mainly for Italian and foreign companies operating in the energy sector. He has also gained experience in drafting minutes of corporate bodies, powers of attorney, opinions on status and capacity and analysis of energy sector legislation.
    In corporate transactions involving strategic sectors and assets of national interest, he offers assistance in assessing the applicability of the Golden Power legislation and in drafting the relevant notification to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
    He advises and represents clients before civil courts and in arbitration proceedings.


    Law degree at the University of Roma Tre in 2007. In 2013, he attended the Academy of American and International Law at the Center for American and International Law in Plano, Dallas, Texas, where he served as Secretary General.
