Monique Sasson’s experience includes major, multi-jurisdictional litigation and international arbitration proceedings. She is qualified in Italy, England & Wales and New York and offers common and civil law experience, having worked at leading law firms in London (Herbert Smith) and Rome (Studio Legale Chiomenti).
She holds a Ph.D. in international law from Cambridge University (2009), an LLM (Merit) from the University of London (Queen Mary College, 2006) and a law degree from Guido Carli L.U.I.S.S. (Rome, Italy, 1993).
Admitted to Bar in 1997. She is a member of the IBA and of the LCIA, London Court of International Arbitration. She is currently Co-Managing Editor of journals of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, and is an adjunct lecturer at the Washington College of Law, American University.
