• Professional experience:

    Since 1999 he has worked at a primary tax law boutique, practicing national and international taxation with reference to the profiles of direct and indirect taxation. In this context, it has frequently dealt with, among others, tax issues related to restructuring operations of national and international industrial groups, to stable national and international organizations, to transfer-price, to the deduction of costs incurred in respect of subjects resident in countries with privileged taxation, the sale of loans, the tax impact of IAS and the VAT profiles of transactions with EU and non-EU entities. He took care, directly dealing with the financial administration, of the litigation and pre-tax litigation activities carried out by the Studio preparing, among other things, CFC white list, black list and according to the Taxpayer's Bylaws, requests for assessment with accession, appeals, counter-claims, appeals and memoirs.


    In 1996 he graduated cum laude in Economics and Commerce at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome with a thesis on Tax Law entitled "Tax avoidance in the offense of tax fraud"; supervisor Prof. Leonardo Perrone.
