• Professional experience:

    He is an associate professor of private law (University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Economics Faculty). His main areas of work are financial, corporate and IP litigation, bankruptcy, IT and data protection law. Significant experience in commercial agreements (B2B e B2C). Assists domestic companies and multinationals in planning and implementing marketing strategies. From 2004 is in charge of the Italian section of the legal and case law update of the European National News section of the English journal entitled Computer Law & Security Report. He has been member for two consecutive biannual terms until December 2007 of the Editorial Board of the international journal The Trademark Reporter – TRM, INTA’s (International Trademark Association) legal journal. He has published various articles on contract law, consumer law and IT law, and the monograph entitled Rischio e vendita internazionale (Milan, Giuffrè, 2002). He has been appointed as member of the Central Commission set up by the Ministry of Justice for the 2008 BAR examination.
