    She joined the Firm in 2003. Her main areas of work are domestic and international litigation with particular reference to commercial and financial litigation and litigation related to the development of projects and corporate matters; she also concentrates on arbitration and insolvency procedures. She has significant experience and expertise in assisting Italian and foreign companies in relation to reorganization procedures. She lectures and speaks in workshops and conferences on directors’ liability and insolvency procedures.
