• Professional experience:

    Stefano Macchi di Cellere is the Partner in Charge of the London Office and a dual-qualified lawyer, Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and Avvocato of the Supreme Court of Cassation of Italy.
    His legal practice in London focuses on the Internationalisation of Enterprises, Cross-border M&A, International Corporate and Competition Law, Technology related strategic Litigation and Arbitration, and assisting clients investing and doing business in the UK and Italy in the public and private sector.
    His commercial and transactional practice covers several industries, including Automotive and e-Mobility, Biotech and Pharmaceutical, Energy, Manufacturing and Consumers, Media, IT and Communications, Transportation, and Luxury Brands, by advising multinational conglomerates, middle-market and smaller start-up businesses.
    He represents group of companies and private equity funds in deal negotiation, due diligence, joint ventures projects, technology transactions, pre-merger notifications and launching and replying to tender bid processes in a wide range of industries and business sectors.
    Qualified to stand before the Court of Justice of the European Union, the English and the Italian Courts, he is an experienced negotiator and mediator, arguing pleadings and appeals and litigating damages actions, unfair competition, and intertwined licensing and intellectual property disputes.
    He is a regular author and speaker and contributor to the World Bank's Doing Business annual reports.
