    Fondatore dello Studio nel 1986 con Luigi Macchi di Cellere. Ha una vasta esperienza in tema di pianificazione fiscale nazionale ed internazionale relativa ad operazioni di riorganizzazioni aziendali, fusioni, acquisizioni e cartolarizzazioni. Assiste su base continuativa società nazionali e multinazionali in tema di imposizione diretta. Cura il contenzioso tributario di numerose società davanti alla Corte di Cassazione con specifica competenza in merito agli aspetti penali tributari ed alla Corte Europea di Giustizia. Assiste inoltre imprese familiari in relazione a investimenti in Italia e all’estero curandone la pianificazione successoria. E’ stato membro del Comitato istituito dalla Commissione Europea per lo studio della imposizione societaria del mercato interno negli anni 1999–2000.

    Laurea in Giurisprudenza presso l'Università degli studi di Roma “La Sapienza” nel 1962; assistente alla cattedra di Scienza delle Finanze e Diritto Finanziario presso l'Università degli studi di Roma “La Sapienza” (1963-1966); l’Università di Colonia (1965).
