By decision 1334/2018 dated 22 May 2018, the Court of Vicenza accepted the request of €529,000 made by the subsidiary Ascopiave against the former incumbent and the Agency Franco Armiento. The Court of Vicenza agreed with Pasubio Servizi, which was assisted by Senior Partner Francesco Piron, of the firm Macchi di Cellere Gangemi, assisted by the associate lawyers Paolo Biasin and Tiziana Sogari.
