The legal firms Macchi di Cellere Gangemi and Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati assisted, respectively, Airbus Helicopters (controlled by the French group Airbus) and Mr. Riccardo Aichner in the negotiation and execution of the agreements for the sale of Aersud Group to Airbus Helicopters. The Aersud Group, together with Helicopters Italia, operates in the field of distribution of helicopters and specializes in aviation services, including maintenance.
Macchi di Cellere Gangemi represented the buyer – Airbus Helicopters – through a team led by partner Ernesto Pucci, assisted by partners Silvia Dell’Atti (corporate finance), Elisa Noto (labour) and Francesco Capitta (tax). The public law team led by partner Giannalberto Mazzei was also involved in the process of due diligence.
The Firm Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati assisted the seller through a team led by partners Mario Ortu and Federico Bonetti, who were joined by senior associate Enrica Di Cagno and by counsel Cesare De Falco for employment aspects.
