• Professional experience:

    She specializes in corporate law, drafting of commercial agreements, including international agreements, and judicial assistance. From 1998 to 2004 she collaborated as a lecturer of the subject at the Department of Civil Law at the University of Florence. From 2004 to 2005 she worked as an Italian member of a research group established at the Institut de Droit Comparé of Université Paris II-Panthéon Assas, Paris. From 2004 to 2007 she taught Legal Italian (Basic Courses of Italian Law) at the Université Paris II-Panthéon Assas, Paris. Since 2007 she has been collaborating with the CIGA (Center for juridical-environmental decisions and ethical business certification) University of Padua, where she carries out research on intellectual property and emerging technologies. She is the author of several publications on contracts, trusts and intellectual property. She is also the author of a monograph entitled "Trust and protection of the beneficiary", CEDAM, 2005.


    Law Degree at the University of Florence in 1998. In 2000 she awarded a fellowship for a Ph.D. in “Private Law and Constitutional Guarantees” at Padua University. In 2003 she obtained the PhD with a final dissertation on the trust in Italian law and protection of the beneficiary. In 2003 she awarded a fellowship for a postdoc at Department of Comparative Law at Padua University.
