Giuliano joined the Firm in 2015. He usually advices Italian and foreign clients in the process of internationalizing their businesses, with particular attention to the European and Chinese markets.
His expertise includes, amongst other aspects, drafting and negotiating contracts (sale, distribution, franchising, agency), and advising on distribution networks, IP and corporate governance. Furthermore, he regularly assists his clients in litigation before the Italian courts and in international arbitrations.
He collaborates with the Chair of Civil Procedure Law of the University of Verona and he is author of publications and articles on procedural law and international enforcement.
He obtained his Law Degree at the University of Verona in 2014. Later he was a visiting researcher at Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law of Hamburg (Germany).
He is a member of the Verona Bar since 2017 and, from the same year, he is member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
