    Silvia dell'Atti a rejoint le Cabinet en 2006. Elle exerce son activité dans le domaine du droit bancaire et financier. Elle s’occupe des opérations de financement de projet (en particulier dans le domaine de l’énergie, pour les projets liés à des usines pour la thermovalorisation des déchets, des parcs éoliens, à la biomasse, dans le domaine de la santé, dans le secteur des eaux et des transports), de financements en général, de restructuration de la dette et de crédits à l’exportation. Elle a effectué des conférences dans divers cours de Master et de spécialisation en droit bancaire et financier.



    Formation:

    Diplômée en droit à l'Université de Bari en 1996 avec mention. En 1997, elle a débuté son doctorat au sein de l’Ecole d’Etudes Supérieures Universitaires et de Perfectionnement Sant’Anna de Pise, et dans le cadre d’un programme d’échange avec l’Ecole Sant’Anna de Pise, elle a fréquenté pendant 6 mois l’Université de Francfort et pendant 4 mois l’Ecole de droit de Yale, aux Etats-Unis, en tant qu’élève invité. En 2000 elle a obtenu le titre de doctorante de droit privé à l’Ecole d’Etudes Supérieures Universitaires et de Perfectionnement Sant’Anna de Pise.

    Project Finance: Driving the project finance practice at Macchi di Cellere Gangemi are Claudio Visco and Silvia Dell’Atti who last year worked for MPS Capital Services Banca, Efibanca and UniCredit MedioCredito Centrale over the financing for a number of wind farms in Sicily. UniCredit called on the firm again along with Banca Infrastructure Innovazione e Sviluppo for the €115 million financing of a wind farm in Cortale. In a similar deal Sol In Build called in the firm to act on the financing for the development and construction of 6 photovoltaic plants with a capacity of 16.5 MW.
