Law Decree no. 18 of 16 March 2020, named “Cura Italia”, extending the application of the adjournment of hearings already provided by Law Decree no. 11 of 8 March 2020 and clarifying that suspension of terms applies to all proceedings, provides that:
– hearings in civil and criminal proceedings scheduled from 9 March to 15 April are adjourned ex officio;
– procedural terms in civil and criminal proceedings are suspended from 9 March to 15 April.
Certain specific proceedings are excluded.
