Interview with Giulia Verga, partner, one year after the entry into force of the Gelli Bianco law. To date it is still too early to draw conclusions, in light of the fact that, as most legal operators agree, if on the one hand we believe that the Gelli Bianco law has positively intervened in an attempt to eradicate the problem of malpractice and defensive medicine, on the other hand it is a “monk” reform because there are no implementing decrees able to give substance and content to some principles that, for the moment, only appear in the norms.
