Lawyers Roberto Luzi Crivellini and Gianluca Fiori from the Verona office of Macchi di Cellere Gangemi assisted Messrs. Alessandro and Gianluca Bagante in the financial restructuring that led Gradiente S.g.r., on behalf of the alternative investment fund (AIF) Gradiente II, to purchase 80% of the corporate capital of Coldline S.r.l., a company with office in Torreglia (PD) operating in the production and marketing of professional and domestic refrigeration appliances. Alessandro and Gianluca Bagante reinvested part of the proceeds from the sale in the vehicle used by Gradiente for the acquisition, so as to remain quotaholders of a 20% holding in Coldline.
