Direct marketing refers to all those marketing activities through which companies communicate directly with customers and end users to promote their commercial / promotional offers. In general, direct marketing can be used in all the different phases of the customer’s “life cycle”: to acquire the customer, to develop it or to retain it, to recover it in the event of abandonment (so-called win back).
